Terrill Williams is the founder and owner of Petroleum Education Workshops LLC, a leading educational and training center for the oil and gas industry. He is a well known speaker, instructor, and educator in the oil and gas industry—having a career that has spanned over 35 years where he has worked, in the trenches, both in land and land administration. His unique instruction, resource materials, and training style reach hundreds of land professionals each year. Terrill is also the primary instructor at the University of Houston-Downtown for their Petroleum Land Management Certificate Program. Terrill has authored several books and articles including: Probate, Descent and Distribution, Calculating your Division of Interest, and Becoming a Guardian of your Company’s Assets - Mastering the Oil & Gas Lease, He is currently working on a series of oil and gas related books and articles with other landmen, land administration professionals and oil and gas attorneys.

Seth Williams Landman, Adjunct Professor of Petroleum Land Management at Oklahoma City University and North Dakota College. Teacher/Instructor with Petroleum Education. Chief Executive Officer for STC Inc., a sales, training and consulting company, Seth has accomplished many things over his career. Among those is the founding of a multi-million dollar service and supply company; successfully initiated and negotiated contracts on behalf of major companies; successfully trained hundreds of students including land and land administration professionals, provided business consulting to small businesses and startup companies; designed highly profitable programs through marketing, training and partner relationships and guided leadership teams for multiple non-profit organizations.

Thomas Long, RPL Thomas has been working in the Appalachia Basin as a landman since August of 2006. His specialty is working directly with landowners and acquiring oil and gas leases. During his career as a landman, he has worked with hundreds of landowners, securing hundreds of leases. Due to the unique title that permeates the Appalachia Basin, Thomas has been able to develop the skill of locating "long lost" landowners. He has also trained many others to become proficient field landmen. These "trainees include entry-level landman and also veteran landman who faced challenges when working with Appalachia title. He has been a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen since August of 2006 and is involved in the Michael Late Benedum Chapter of the AAPL. He has often said, "Being a great landman is not a job, but a lifestyle".

Will King Vice President and Associate General Counsel,

of Illinois Governor James R. Thompson assigned

speaker at on-site trade association conferences, audio conferences and webinars
held by organizations such as the
Institute for Financial Management, the Association of Financial Professionals,
the International Accounts Payable Professionals, the Center for Competitive
Management, etc.
Authored numerous articles for industry trade publications such as those of issued by Securities Transfer Association, the Accounts Payable Network, the Credit Research Foundation, the Pennsylvania Association of Credit Management, etc. President of the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO) 12/2012 to 4/2014.. Tracey Davidson Mizell, Independent Land Professional and Title Analyst; Teacher/Instructor with Petroleum Education.. With a background in Geography from studying at Louisiana Tech University, Tracey has extensive knowledge and experience with all types of land descriptions and survey systems used throughout the country, and has trained many others to be proficient in the utilization of these land descriptions as they apply to the oil and gas industry and title research. Her strong analytical reason and research skills, as well as working side-by-side with several oil & gas attorney's analyzing abstracts and documents for the rendering of opinions of title in the Haynesville Shale play of Northwest Louisiana, have provided her with a broad knowledge of surface, mineral and leasehold ownership in the oil and gas industry. Tracey is also an instructor at University of Houston-Downtown for their Professional Land Management Certification program alongside Terrill Williams. She received her certification in this same program in 2012.

Kurt Stanberry is an attorney, and Professor at the University of Houston Downtown, where he is the PLM Endowed Professor of Business Law. He previously taught in the California State University System, and held visiting positions in London and Tokyo. His areas of legal practice and research include real estate, estate planning, small business, contracts, and business ethics. He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, two supplemental textbooks, and participated in various research grants.
